Where to find us
Cloud Nine is at 4709 Pearl Rd, Cleveland, OH 44109. The shop is open daily from 10AM to 10PM. Use the directions link below for a route from where you are; travel times depend on traffic.
If you are coming for one particular item, check with the shop first. A brand appearing on the website does not guarantee that every size, flavor, or model is on the shelf today.
Bring a reference, not a guess
Looking for a replacement part? Bring the model name, a photo of the original packaging, or the measurements you already have. If you need a particular paper or cone size, a picture of the pack is more useful than a description from memory.
For glass accessories, note the connection size and whether the part is male or female. A piece can look right and still be the wrong fit. Do not force mismatched parts together.
Shop in person
Purchases happen in the store. The website is for browsing, checking shop details, and finding your way here; it is not an online checkout. Final prices and availability are confirmed at the counter.
Cloud Nine serves adults 21 and older. Bring a valid government-issued ID for age-restricted purchases. For a quick stock question before the trip, send a message to @cloudninecleveland on Instagram.
For adults 21+. Selection and final prices are confirmed in store. This guide is not medical or legal advice.
