Decide what you want to do yourself
A rolling paper starts as a sheet. A pre-rolled cone already has its shape. That is the first decision: do you want to shape the paper yourself, or buy the format already formed?
Neither format is a promise of a safer product. Choose based on the format and size you are looking for, not an unverified health claim on a shelf label or social post.
Read the size, not just the brand
The brand name alone is not enough to identify the right pack. RAW lists multiple Classic Cone formats, including Single Size, 1 1/4, Kingsize, Lean, and 98 Special. A familiar-looking package can contain a different format from the one you used before.
Compare the size printed on the pack, the number of pieces, and whether tips or other accessories are included. If you are replacing a favorite, bring its packaging or a clear photo rather than relying on the color of the pack.
Make the comparison at the counter
Ask to see the exact format and current price. Compare the total pack price alongside the quantity inside; two packs at the same price may not contain the same number of pieces.
Cloud Nine is at 4709 Pearl Rd in Cleveland, open daily from 10AM to 10PM. The website lists papers and rolling accessories as part of the shop selection, but current formats and prices should be checked in store or by Instagram message before a special trip.
